Attach 4 Customer List Amend 1 Attach 9 Pre-Proposal Teleconference Minutes and Attendance Attach 10 Pre-Proposal Teleconference Slides 2 Jun 21 REV ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Issuance of solicitation for full line of Grade USDA No. 1 or better Fresh Fruit and Vegetables (FF&V) for Department of Defense (DoD) Troops and Non-DoD Ships Customers, Oahu, in the State of Hawaii.� Department of Defense (DoD) and Non-DoD customers include, but are not limited to; galleys, Child Development Centers (CDCs), mini marts, Hale Koa Hotel, United States Coast Guard (USCG) ships, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) ships, etc.� The solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside (NAICS Code 311991/size standard 500).� A Small Business Administration (SBA) non-manufacturer waiver was approved May 14, 2021 for this solicitation.� The resultant contract will be a Single Award Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment (FP with EPA), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The resultant contract will be for 4.5 years.� It contains one (1) 18 month base tier plus two (2) 18 month tiers. The acquisition method is lowest price/technically acceptable (LPTA).� The maximum ceiling on the resultant contract is estimated $15,000,000.� The guaranteed minimum on the resultant contract is estimated 10% of the contract award amount for the base tier only.�� Base Tier: September 5, 2021 to March 4, 2023 Tier 1: March 5, 2023 to September 4, 2024 Tier 2: September 5, 2024 to March 4, 2026 Preproposal TeleConference is June 2, 2021, 1 p.m. Hawaii Time Solicitation closing date is June 21, 2021, 1 p.m.� Hawaii Time All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by the DLA Troop Support Indo-Pacific, Procurement Office-Hawaii in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.
