Description

This is a special notice not a request for either a quote, proposal, or an invitation for bid.� The intent of this notice is to obtain industry comments and knowledge only for the purpose of assessing the availability of qualified sources.� The 5th Contracting Squadron, Minot AFB ND is seeking HUBZone sources for a Base Telecommunication System O&M service.� The NAICS code is 517311.� This procurement may be unrestricted. Responses to this sources sought notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions.� After review of the responses to this sources sought notice, and if the Government still plans to proceed with the acquisition, a solicitation announcement will be published in the SAM.gov.� No solicitation is currently available.� It is the potential offeror�s responsibility to monitor this site for future synopsis/solicitation as they will not be notified.� The contractor would be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision and other items and services, Work under this requirement will support the mission of the 5th Communications Squadron at Minot AFB as well as the Missile Alert Facilities (MAFs) by providing highly reliable wired telecommunications and networked voice, video and data services associated with AVAYA and CISCO systems. The contractor shall perform O&M and other services required to ensure the BTS is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. �Offerors having the skills and capabilities necessary to perform the stated requirement are invited to provide information to contribute to this market survey/sources sought including commercial market information and company information via e-mail or facsimile (701-723-4172) to SSgt Ryan Nichols at ryan.nichols.11@us.af.mil or no later than 15 July 2021.
