- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Pennsylvania City: Lebanon Delineated Area: N: Old Forge Road heading east, north on 12th Street, continuing east on Maple Street, south on 9th Street, continuing east on US 422 to SR 897 E: SR 897 heading south to Pershing Avenue, continuing southwest to State Drive, continuing south to East Evergreen Road S: East Evergreen Road continuing west to Rocherty Road to Mill Road W: Mill Road continuing north to Colebrook Road (SR 241), continuing northeast to Dawson Street, continuing northwest to 16th Street, continuing north to Old Forge Road Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,648 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,880 ABOA SF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: Space offered shall be located within the equivalent of two city blocks from a primary or secondary street serving the office.� The route from the primary or secondary street shall be direct.� Locations which have obscure, difficult access shall not be considered. Contiguous, above ground, first floor space preferred. The space offered should be no more than twice as long as it is wide and should have open areas where columns and other obstructions do not hinder the development of efficient space layouts. Space adaptable to efficient layout and workflow. Test fit may be required. Space configuration shall allow for a separate accessible employee entrance which provides access to the space without going through the public reception area. Column size cannot exceed two (2�) feet square and space between columns and/or walls throughout the offered space shall be predominantly no less than 18.5 feet. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
