Description

Turkey Fork Lake Day Use and Bathhouse Painting and Roof Repairs This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION The contractor shall provide all materials and labor necessary to repair the leaking roof and painting the interior and exterior building at the Chickasawhay National Forest in Greene County, Mississippi. Prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-59 and are available in full text through Internet access at http://www.acquisition.gov/far. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238320 and the small business size standard is $16.5 million. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible small business concerns may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Forest Service.� Proposals are due for this combined synopsis/solicitation on July 30, 2021 at 3:00 PM Central Time and shall be delivered electronically by the specified time to�cynthia.granderson@usda.gov. Facsimile proposals will not be accepted. Offers shall be submitted on the SF 1442 and conform to the requirements noted in the solicitation documents. 100% Small business Set-aside Price Range between $25,000 - $100,000. Notice to Potential Quoters: NOTE 1: All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam/gov/ before award of contract; failure to register in the SAM database may cause your firm to be ineligible for the award and removed from consideration.
