- ***SOLICITATION POSTED 29 JUNE 2021 w/ 7 Attachments*** Schofield Barracks Repair Buildings 2075 and 2076, Oahu, Hawaii This is Design-Bid-Build (DBB) Construction requirement. Per DFARS 236.204(ii), the magnitude of this project is between $25 million and $100 million.� ***PRE-PROPOSAL SITE VISIT*** An organized site visit will be held on Monday, July 12, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Hawaiian Standard Time (HST). Interested parties shall pre-register; providing planned attendee Name(s) and Company/Organization(s) via e-mail, no later than 10:00am HST on Friday, July 9, 2021, to both, the below listed POCs. Participants will meet at � Building 2075, Schofield Barracks, Oahu, Hawaii 96857. The site visit will commence promptly at 10AM with a � �project/safety brief at the meeting point and will proceed with a tour of the project site.
