Description

Project Description and Location: Contractor shall provide all materials and labor necessary to provide building upgrades/renovations at�some of the Administrative Sites as well as stabilize the spud poles that are part of the floating fishing pier at the Turkey Fork Lake Day Use Area. 100% Small business Set-aside Price Range Between $100,000 and $250,000. Notice to Potential Quoters: NOTE 1: All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam/gov/ before award of contract; failure to register in the SAM database may cause your firm to be ineligible for the award and removed from consideration. NOTE 2: Notice to Quoters: Funds are not presently available for this effort, funds are anticipated to be available by time of award. The Government reserves the right to cancel, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse a Quoter for any costs.
