- As part of the Federal Aviation Administration�s (FAA) ongoing commitment to collaboration and innovation, the Surveillance Broadcast and Information Services (SBIS) team will host an industry event on July 28, 2021. This event is scheduled as a follow-on to the SBIS Request for Information (RFI). The event will be structured as a half-day virtual event, detailing information on acquisition plans, timeline, RFI content, and offering opportunities to ask clarifying questions about the RFI. The FAA maintains a commitment to delivering secure, integrated, state-of-the-art surveillance services that can only be created in collaboration with the aviation community. Join the FAA in defining the future of the most advanced air traffic surveillance capabilities in the world.
