- Pregl Services Inc. 5043 South U.S. Highway 51 Janesville, QI 53546 Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Naval Supply Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Jacksonville, FL intends to issue a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Pregl Services Inc. for preventive and emergency maintenance for two (2) Aluminum Ion Vapor Deposition (AVID) Systems for Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE), Naval Air Station, Jacksonville, FL. There is no other distributors that provide the service and product that Pregl Services Inc provide. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) that works falls under is 811219. This is a of Intent for information purposes only. All sources eligible to me this requirement must respond in writing. Responses must be supported with a clear and convincing evidence that clearly articulate the companys ability to satisfy this requirement as outlined above. A request for documentation will not be considered as an affirmative response. In no responses are received within one (1) calendar day after publication of this notice, to demonstrate comparable capability, then a sole source acquisition award will be made.
