- AMENDMENT NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W50S9321R0017 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238910 with a small business size standard of $15.00M. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted, and, unless otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com, will end on: 2021-07-29 11:00:00.0 Eastern Time. This time supersedes the Offers Due Time listed above. FOB Destination shall be in the Statement of Work. The National Guard - Puerto Rico requires the following items, Purchase Description Determined by Line Item, to the following: LI 001: The Contractor shall provide supervision, transportation, labor, materials, equipment, fuel and any other needed materials and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished items, to perform the demolition of Building 10, located in Punta Salinas Air Base, PR, as specified in Paragraph 5.0 �Requirements� of this SOW. Site Visit: A site visit conference will be conducted on July 8, 2021 at 10:00 AM EST, at Punta Salinas Air Guard Station, Toa Baja, PR 00949. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend this site visit and shall follow base access requirements. All questions and request for information must be submitted no later than 6 July 2021 by 3:00 PM EST. To expedite base access, the government will need to receive following documents by 29 June 2021 at 4:00pm EST: � Firm name and telephone number � Visitor�s name � Copy of driver�s license � Citizenship � Puerto Rico Certificate of Good Conduct Scheduled site visit is critical. We are trying to mitigate potential risks and damages for the government and potential contractor. We suggest you carry all necessary material to take notes during the visit, as needed., 1, Job; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, National Guard - Puerto Rico intends to document bids online to be facilitated by the third-party Marketplace, Unison, Inc. Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to document pricing. Offerors may submit bids during the specified period of time. National Guard - Puerto Rico is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids. All responsible Offerors that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. There is no cost to register, review procurement data or make a bid on www.UnisonMarketplace.com.
