Description
The Great Lakes Acquisition Center, on behalf of the Tomah Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) located at 500 E. Veterans Street, Tomah, WI, 54660 is soliciting quotes for a contractor to provide Medical Technologist services. The purpose of this solicitation is for contractors to provide two (2) medical technologist to provide support to the Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service. These services will be performed on-site at the Tomah VAMC for 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday with start times between 6:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. (minus ½ hour lunch), no weekends or federal holiday hours. The anticipated period of performance is August 1, 2021 through July 31, 2022, with two three-month option periods through January 31, 2023. The NAICS for this requirement is 561320 Temporary Help Services, which is a small business size standard of $30 million. These services have been determined as non-personal services. Quotes including options will be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing, technical capability of performing required services, SDVOSB/VOSB status as verified in Vendor Information Pages (VIP) at Home  · VetBiz Portal (va.gov), and satisfactory past performance record. The Government anticipates award a commercial item contract to the responsible offeror whose offer provides the best value to the Government. All qualified offerors who believe they can provide the required services are encouraged to respond to the solicitation. Offerors are reminded to complete registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), including Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. The electronic version of solicitation will be available on or about June 29, 2021. Any amendments to this solicitation will also be available on beta.SAM website. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining any amendments which are to be submitted with your response.
