- This modification is to correct question number two dollar amount for St. Albans and Manhattan campuses and to provide the attendance sheets from the site visits. The closing dates reminds the same at July 9, 2021 at 10:00am EST. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2 intends to release a commercial SDVOSB set aside solicitation for Window Cleaning at the New York Harbor Healthcare System, Brooklyn, St. Albans and Manhattan campuses and at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center, Bronx campus. The Request for Quote (RFQ)/Solicitation number is 36C24221Q0838. All other contract details including full specification will be included in the RFQ which will be release on or before May 17, 2021. The closing date for the solicitation will be June 1, 2021 at 10:00am EST.
