- The Central Arkansas Veterans Health Care System (VAMC) 2200 Fort Roots Drive and 4300 West 7th Street, Little Rock, AR 72114 and 72205 has a requirement for a contractor to provide Janitorial Services for the NLR and LR locations to include elevators, stairwells, drinking fountains, public corridors, waiting rooms, restrooms, and canteens. In North Little Rock, the Outer Buildings (1-159 listed below surrounding building 170) as well as all public areas listed below that are all located in the main hospital building 170. In Little Rock, the parking deck outside of JLM as well as all 7 stories including the canteen. The contractor shall adhere to the requirements in accordance with (IAW) all terms, conditions, provisions, schedules, and specifications of this SOW, local, state, federal and VHA regulations. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. Interested parties should watch for the issuance of the solicitation and associated documents on or about Monday, June 21st, 2021 which will contain the specific instructions and requirements. The solicitation will be issued as SDVOSB under NAICS code 561720. The response due date of this solicitation and the date of contract award, as well as being registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov on the date of contract award. This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice only. This is not a request for pricing at this time.
