- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is��2031ZA21R00014 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposals (RFP) �for�Banknote Design Continuing Educational Planning and Critique Advisory & Technical Assistance Services. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to enter into a base period of one year, with two (2) one-year option periods if exercised firm fixed price contract.
