- QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS Will we need to provide a tent for the role players and moulage or will there be a fixed site to use? CERFP will provide the tent If we need to provide a tent, will it be in the ground or pavement? (steak down vs concrete blocks to keep in place- it changes the price) N/A Do we need to provide porta john�s for role players �and handwashing stations? No, they can utilize internal porta johns Is there an hourly flow-rate? �Request if for 20 RPs but no recycle rate. No, just when they are needed Are they cutting clothes off? Yes, clothes will be cut off States RPs will play deceased persons- is this in addition to the mannequins? Yes, dependent on the scenario. The Role Players need to be flexible There is no indication of the need for casualty cards. Who or how will casualties be directed or identified and are there specific injuries that need to be included. The casualties will be identified internally. No need for casualty cards as the Medical Element will be not with us. When will the Site Manager and Medical Moulage Artist have access to the site to begin prep work? 0900. Light on the moulage as Medical Element will not be there What is the start time moulaged role players/mannequins will be required? 1100, Friday 16th July Are all 20 role players and 20 mannequins required at the first start time? If not, how many role players/mannequins are required at the first start time? No, 5 and 5 What is the expected throughput of role players/mannequins, i.e. how many casualties per hour are required? There isn�t. They will inputted as needed based off the training. Do all 20 mannequins need to be adults or would the customer prefer a mixture of adults, children, and infants? If so, what is an acceptable mixture, i.e. percentage of each type? All adults is fine. No specific gender Is this a new requirement or a follow on? yes this is a new requirement.
