Update Section L - Instrs., Cond., and Notice to Offerors **AMENDMENT #2 (POSTED 23 JUNE 2021) The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Extend the proposal due date from 23 June 2021 to 29 June 2021.� Proposals are due NLT 10:00 AM (AKDT). 2. Post the answer to the question received. Attachment8_QandA 3. Remove attachment1_specs and SOW Revision 1 and replace with SOW Revision 2 attachment1_specs and SOW Revision 2 (dated 6/21/2021) **AMENDMENT #1 (POSTED 17 JUNE 2021)�- The purpose of this amendment is to attach the revised SOW.� Repair Fuel Pumphouse 2 Containment - Remove and replace the existing sump drain, shear gate, drain line, thrust blocker, liner, blind flange, and post indicator valve in the containment basin adjacent to building 15365. � The Contractor shall furnish all design, plant, labor, equipment, supplies, materials, appliances, transportation, and perform all work (including work of an incidental nature) for Repair Fuel pumphouse 2 containment �JBER, Alaska. Complete, in strict accordance with the scope of work, specifications and drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The subject project�s �Magnitude of Construction� in accordance with FAR 36.204 is between $100,000 and $250,000 A pre-proposal site visit is planned and will be held on Thursday 10 June 2021 at 1:00 PM (AKDT). Parties will meet at building 15365 on JBER. Questions are due NLT 15 June 2021 at 3:00 PM (AKDT).
