Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, 508 Fulton Street Durham, NC has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment, transportation, permits, license and qualified supervision for Project 558-18-153, to install emergency power for HVAC, Durham VAMC 508 Fulton Street Durham, NC. General Scope: The project will consist of installing emergency power to feed two new generator and two new automatic transfer switches for building 1 and building 23 on Durham VA medical center s campus. Construction Duration: Contractor shall have 20 weeks to complete the project. Phasing: Project construction will be completed in phases. Construction Services: Perform work as described above and in accordance with professionally developed design drawings and specifications. Place of Performance: Tasks will be performed at the VA Medical Center Durham, NC. Work will be around an occupied healthcare facility in operation 24 hours a day. This area will require appropriate personal protective equipment and proper infection control measures. Estimated construction magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000 NAICS CODE: 238220 Size Standard: $39.5 Million This solicitation is anticipated to be a SDVOSB Set-Aside. Solicitation material will be available on/about July 15, 2021. Any specifications, drawings and amendments will be posted on this web site. Proposals will be due approximately 30 days after issuance of the solicitation. Location and points of contact for site visits will be identified in the solicitation. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for proposals. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation. No bidders list is maintained. All interested vendors should register on this website. It is the offerors responsibility to check the web site periodically for any amendments/notices to the solicitation.
