Description: Base Safety aboard Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) has a requirement for Level III motorcycle training. MCO 5100.29C Volume 3 chapter 3 page 3-4 030403. LEVEL 3� Advanced rider training provides skills practiced at realistic speeds with street cornering scenarios in a controlled environment. Level 3 training is highly recommended for all military motorcycle riders who have completed Level 2 training. Level 3 training will be at MCBH on or about 17, 18, 19 July 2021.
