Description

This is a solicitation.� The SEC Ofifce of Acquisitions is issuing this solicitation to provide the SEC with non-personal, commercial, enterprise vehicles for Quantitative Data Collection, Qualitative Research, Research-Related Technical Support, Program Managemet Support and Related services.� The services will support the entire SEC, primarily, the Office of the Investor Advocate's (OIAD) Policy Oriented Stakeholder and Investor Testing for Innovative and Effective Regulation (POSITIER) program.� The SEC anticipates issuing�multiple awards, at least one (1), but no more than eight (8) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts as result of this solicitation.� The awards will include a base period of performance of one (1) year with nine (9) option years.� The overall combined maximum threshold for the IDIQ contracts is $10,000,000.00. Please see attached documents for the full solicitation and attachments to ensure you comply with the solicitation requirements for submitting a responsive and timely proposal.
