Description: The need is for a flow cytometer to perform downstream cell based assays. It should becapable of analyzing different cell types and differentiating the required data points from a singlesample. The flow cytometer will be used at least 3-4 times a week. It should be capable of running 96well plate high through put assays (multiple plate types) with at least 14 colors to increase theamount of data obtained from a sample. It also needs to be smaller than a specific set of dimensionsto fit on the conventional bench in the lab.
