- *********************Update as of 30 JUN 2021**************** Question and Answers attachment added in the Attachment/Links portion of this notice.� All other terms and conditions remain the same and unchanged.� ****************************************************************** The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) issuing a request for quotes (RFQ), for a Firm Fixed-Price contract to provide navigation systems upgrades to two (2) each barrier boats (BB) in accordance with HRMC-009-21 work package. �The required work shall take place at the contractor�s facility. All Offerors intending to submit a quote must have their own dry docking capabilities on the island of Oahu, HI. The tentative period of performance for this requirement is 02 AUG 2021 - 29 OCT 2021.� The solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-21-Q-0053. �The solicitation issue date has been revised and is issued with this notice today, 17 JUN 2021. This solicitation will close on 02 JUL 2021, 9:00 am HST. Submissions are to be emailed to both the primary and secondary point of contacts listed in this posting.� The solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13.5 and FAR Part 15, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. �This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05, DFARS (last updated 05/20/2021), and NMCARS 18-17. � Please note the following for N32253-21-Q-0053: ��� �Offers must be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure established in the Solicitation. A price must be provided for CLIN 0001 (p. 3). ��� �Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 (p. 5-6) provides instructions on what documents must be included in your submission. ��� �Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 (p. 6-7) provides evaluations factors of which the submitted proposals will be evaluated. ��� �52.204-24 (p. 7-9): Section (d)(1) and (d)(2) of this provision must be filled out by the Offeror. ��� �52.204-26 (p.10): Section (c)(1) and (c)(2) of this provision must be filled out by the Offeror. ��� �52.212-3 (p. 10-26): This section must be filled out by the Offeror. Questions: All questions regarding the solicitation shall be submitted in writing via email to the listed POCs. Questions are due 28 JUN 2021, 9:00 am HST.� References: Reference information associated with this requirement is available upon request only. References will be sent via DoD SAFE to the requesting party. All parties requesting reference information must provide Company Name, CAGE Code, Name, and Title of Requestor in order to verify validity of request. Site Visit: One ship check opportunity will be offered on Tuesday, 22 JUN 2021 at 9:00 am HST at Ford Island, pier FOX 3.5, located on the island of Oahu, HI.� A R.S.V.P. is required in order to attend this ship check. The R.S.V.P. deadline has been revised.
