Description

The New York Army National Guard has a requirement for Lodging in New Windsor, New York. The requirement description is as follows:� TOTAL ROOMS: 41 Rooms total; for a total 221 Nights/Room: � 1 Room for 1 Night each 9 July 2021 = 1 Room/ Night 20 Rooms for 8 Nights each 10-18 July 2021 = 160 Rooms/ Nights 20 Rooms for 3 Nights each 21- 24 July 2021 =� 60 Rooms/ Nights (*NOTE the break in requirement dates.) LOCATION: Must be Located�within 15 driving miles from 910 Raz Ave, New Windsor NY 12553 PARKING: On site available ROOM TYPE:� Double Occupancy Rooms Only (2 beds per room required) All Offerors must have FAR 52.204-26 completed in SAM.gov Reps & Certs or they must return a completed copy of FAR 52.204-26 with their quote.�FAR 52.204-26 can be found in the attached Synopsis/Solicitation PDF or at https://www.acquisition.gov� Please note that this is a firm fixed price contract, and as a Federal tax exempt agency we are not required to submit a tax exemption form.� All pricing needs to be final pricing and cannot include taxes.� *Please only include your best and final offer. *We will only review the lowest offer presented by your company. Additional price increases will not be considered unless authorized by a contracting officer.� This requirement is a small business set-aside.� Basis of award: lowest price that meets specifications in the scope of work attached. If the government determines it necessary, the government will inspect rooms to ensure the quality/cleanliness standard described in the Scope of Work has been met, prior to award.�*Hotels google review must be at least 3.5 out of 5 stars or better. Only quotes for the total requirement will be considered, partial quotes will not be considered. Quotes for lodging in multiple locations will not be considered. All quotes must be submitted via email to Meghan Sheridan at Meghan.a.sheridan.civ@mail.mil� **Please note, all future amendments will be posted to www.beta.sam.gov, it is the vendor's responsibility to check if any amendments have been issued at least 24 hours prior to the closing date of the solicitation.� �Individual notifications for amendments will not be sent.
