- USCG CEU PROVIDENCE Solicitation No. 70Z0G121BPRV11900 - REPAIR ATONS HUDSON RIVER (FY21 CPOP) Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal required for the structural repair, removal, and rebuild of 9 Aids to Navigation (ATON) assets in the New England area. �Base bid consists of three ATONs, and remaining six ATONs are optional bid items.� Work will be completed at within USCG District 1, New York/New Jersey area. The estimated value of the procurement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. �A 20% bid guarantee is required. �Performance and Payment bonds will be required. �The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction with a small business size standard of $39.5 million. The date set for receipt of bids is 13 JULY 2021 at 2:00 p.m.� Award is anticipated to be made late July 2021 or early August 2021. The performance period is estimated to be 147 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed for the Base Item.��If the Optional Bid Items are awarded within 60 calendar days of the award of the Base Bid Item, the period of performance will be adjusted accordingly to include an increase of 50 calendar days for each of the Optional Bid Items that are awarded. This acquisition is issued pursuant to FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding and is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns. �All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications, drawings, and applicable�Wage Determinations incorporated herein, can be accessed for download as Attachments of this IFB at the following site: https://www.sam.gov.� Vendors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management database through https://www.sam.gov in order to receive a federal government contract. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE CLOSING DATE.� NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS SOLICITATION NOTICE OR ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUEST.
