Description

This solicitation seeks qualified bidders to demolish 32 existing windows and install new windows for Building 1, on Tooele Army Depot. Replacement windows shall meet or exceed the specifications identified in the Statement of Work titled ""Install New Windows at Bldg. 1"" dated 8 June 2021. Site visit shall be conducted on July 14, 2021 at 9:00am MST. Site visit attendees must contact Contract Specialist James Drak at (435) 833-2607 or at james.m.drak.civ@mail.mil no later than 24 hours prior to the site visit. The magnatude of this project is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. Davis Bacon Wages are mandatory, accessible at https://www.w dolhome.sam.gov General Decision Number: UT20210086 dated 05/14/2021 Quotations are due no later than 28 July 2021 at 4:00 pm (MST) Bid Bond shall be included with offer submission in accordance w ith FAR 52.228-1 Bid Guarantee. FAR 52.204-24 Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment must be completed and returned with the quote.
