Description

The National Park Service, Blue Ridge Parkway, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for a vendor to provide all the necessary personnel, material and equipment to furnish, haul, and deliver 1500 tons of Carriage Trail Gravel mix. 1500 Tons of Carriage Trail Gravel Mix shall consist of even (1/3 ea) parts: Size 67 Washed Granite (Medium to Dark Gray Color) Size 78M Washed Granite (Medium to Dark Gray Color Screenings/Granite Dust Washed (Medium to Dark Gray Color) Mix shall be mixed prior to delivery to site Delivery address is: 5580 Shulls Mill Road Blowing Rock, NC 28605 The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price commercial contract based on the quote that represents the best value to the Government in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 19, Small Business Programs. 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside The NAICS code is 212321 Construction Sand and Gravel Mining The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation, please review the attachments posted. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supervision required to complete this project. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system.
