This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued unrestricted. The associated NAICS code is 335911, and the�business size standard is 1,250 employees. This will be awarded to the lowest price technically acceptable vendor. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services and products: This order is�the purchase of quantity two (2) Simark EFOY Pro 2400 Duo Fuel Cells, BRAND NAME OR EQUAL If you quote other than the brand, the brand you are quoting must be disclosed at the time of quote submission and the specifications supporting the different brand meeting the salient requirements must be provided at the quote submission as well. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED COMBINED SYNOPSIS WITH ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH ALL VENDORS MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. PLEASE NOTE, ALL BIDS MUST INCLUDE THE FAR 52.204-24 (OCT 2020) COMPLETED PROVISION WITH THEIR QUOTE. AT A MINIMUM, ALL QUOTES SHOULD INCLUDE CONTACT INFORMATION AND DUNS NUMBER.
