Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information in this notice. The solicitation number is 36C244-21-Q-0479 and it is issued as a Request for Quotes. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code is 334517 with a size standard of 1000. Successful offer will be the one that provides the Lowest Price that is Technically Acceptable. The VA Medical Center Lebanon, Lebanon , PA has a requirement for a Bayer Medrad Stellant Flex CT injection system as per the attached RFQ document. All communications regarding quotes, questions, etc., shall be submitted by email to Ron Kline (ronald.kline@va.gov) no later than 1:00 PM, EST on Tuesday, July 6, 2021. Phone calls will not be accepted. Quotes are due by email only, no later than 12:00 noon, EST, on Thursday, July 8, 2021. Please read the entire solicitation.
