Description

The New Hampshire Air National Guard intends to award a sole source contract to Atlantic Diving Supply, Inc for Structural Firefighting Garments. This special notice in in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regular (FAR) Part 6.301-1� only one responsible source and no other supply/service will satisfy agency requirements. Per AFI 32-2001 all Air Force Structural Firefighting Garments must be purchased through the pre-determined contract that has been awarded to Atlantic Diving Services under contract FA8056-17-D-0001. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339113- Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing. (size standard: 750 EMP) with a Product Service Code (PSC) of 4210- Fire Fighting Equipment. This notice of intent is not a request or quotation nor should it be considered a solicitation for offers and shall be posted for seven (7) calendar days. No solicitation package will be available. Any responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantage to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered.
