Tracy Army Depot SOLICITATION NUMBER: W81K04-21-R-0019 RESPONSE DATE: 2 July 2021� 12:00 PM (CST) THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. The Health Readiness Contracting Office (HRCO), intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Fluke Biomedical Corporation, 28755 Aurora Road, Cleveland, OH 44139, This requirement is for USAMMA Medical Maintenance, Tracy Army Depot, is the Army Medical Department (MEDD) Center of Excellence for maintenance and calibration services for Army deployable medical units with Class VIII Medical Special Purpose Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE). The deployed forces use the TMDE to calibrate, verify, and certify consistency and trustworthiness of medical equipment used to treat patents� illness and injuries in combat.� The MEDD Tracy Army Depot is responsible for maintaining and servicing medical special purpose test equipment for the Active Army, Army Reserves, and Army National Guard.� This requirement is necessary to ensure the proper repair and calibration of TMDE to support unit and sustainment-level service providers worldwide.� This requirement is for a total of two years with a twelve (12) month base year and one (1) twelve (12) month option year with an estimated value of $626,429.60.� This requirement will consist of the contractor providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the required service for the calibration and repair of approximately 25 different types of Fluke instruments. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance The estimated period of performance is 6 July 2021 through 5 July 2023 The HRCO intends to solicit and negotiate only with Fluke., under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1).
