- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE CONTRACT The 153rd Wyoming Air National Guard, Cheyenne, WY, hereby gives notice of their intent to award a firm fixed price purchase order to Street Smarts, on a sole source basis utilizing FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), issues, without further justification, Phase III awards relating to technology, including sole source awards, to the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) award recipient that developed the technology. The 153rd Contracting has a requirement for a commodity that includes a Virtual Reality Simulator that includes the Air Force Qualification Course, Scenarios that are based on actual Air Force Bases, and includes AFSC specific training for Air Force Security Forces. NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE the intended procurement is classified under NAICS code 511210, with a size standard of $41,500,000. REGULATORY AUTHORITY The resultant contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05 effective 10 Mar 2021. All Line Items: CLIN 0001 Street Smart Virtual Reality Training Platform 2 Each CLIN 0002 Equipment Storage 2 Each CLIN 0003 Delivery, Implementation, Training 1 Each CLIN 0004 Software License 26 Each CLIN 1001 Option Year 1 Software License 26 Each CLIN 2001 Option Year 2 Software License 26 Each CLIN 3001 Option Year 3 Software License 26 Each CLIN 4001 Option Year 4 Software License 26 each F.O.B. Destination Place of Delivery Wyoming Air National Guard, Cheyenne, WY This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; a solicitation document will not be issued. All information received within seven days of the date of this notice with pricing and sufficient technical documentation to establish bona fide capability (i.e. unit price, list price, shipping and handling costs, the delivery period after contract award, the prompt payment discount terms, the F.O.B. Destination, the Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS), the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), and the certification of business size) to meet the requirement will be considered by the 153rd Contracting. NOTE: All offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov."" All responses to this notice shall be submitted electronically by 4:30 pm Mountain Daylight Time, on Friday, July 9, 2021, to the Contract Specialist, TSgt Kris Kahle at kristopher.kahle@us.af.mil and the Contracting Officer, MSgt Desiree Santos, at desiree.santos.2@us.af.mil A determination not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of 153rd Contracting.
