Description

The Department of the Air Force, Homestead Air Reserve Base (HARB) intends to award a sole source, FFP, Purchase order to Data Security Inc. for the procurement/purchase of: CLIN 0001- SSMD-2mm Solid State Media Disintegrator, 230V CLIN 0002- SSMD-2mm Level 3 Spare Parts Kit CLIN 0003- SSMD-2mm Replacement Air Filter Set CLIN 0004- SSMD-2mm Debris Bin Bags, Set of 50 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334290 and the Small Business size standard is 1,000 EMP. The government intends to solicit from only one source under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(B) Soliciting from a Single Source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their skill and ability by sending capability statements in reference to this requirement no later than 07 July, 2021 by 4:00 p.m. EST to jared.kiser@us.af.mil Interested firms must indicate whether they are a large, small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a) or woman owned business, veteran owned. �Also indicate whether the vendor is U.S. or foreign owned (in compliance with the Buy American Act). Respondents who submit proprietary data shall clearly mark the data with appropriate markings. The Government will not pay for any information submitted as a result of this notice. This notice shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
