Description

GENERAL INFORMATION Notice of Intent for Sole Source The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii intends to award a firm fixed-price, non-personal services contract for Endomanager Gastroenterology Software Maintenance Services for Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Honolulu, Hawaii, in accordance with the specific tasks listed in the performance-based statement of work.� This requirement is for a period of performance from 1 October 2021 through 30 September 2024, plus the FAR 52.217-8 option to extend. The proposed acquisition is intended as a sole source to Summit Imaging Inc.� Summit Imaging Inc. is the sole provider of the Endomanager Gastroenterology Software and all services that is required by TAMC.� The software is proprietary to Summit Imaging, Inc.� This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.� The NAICS code of this procurement is 511210 and the size standard is $41.5M.
