***DRAFT RFP*** Questions/Comments Due 23 July 2021, 5:00 PM EST Daylight HQ AFRC proposes to award a new Firm Fixed Price (FFP) commercial Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP) Event Planning Services (EPS). This requirement will be solicited as a full and open competition IAW FAR 6.1, Full and Open Competition. This effort will be a Best Value Price Performance Tradeoff source selection conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The resulting IDIQ contract will include a basic period of twelve-months and four one-year options. The contract will also contain provisions for an extension of up to six months IAW FAR clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services.� The resulting IDIQ contract will have a maximum period of performance (POP) of 66 months. Each additional attendee over 750 0023 � Virtual Event Planning and Support Services IAW PWS 1.5, 1.5.2, 1.5.2.1, and 1.5.3 This requirement is for event planning support for AFRC YRRP in-person, hybrid and/or virtual events / workshops, including but not limited to, venue management, planning and administrative services, labor, tools, supplies, equipment, virtual platform and travel. Specifically, the successful offeror shall (A) secure event lodging, i.e. blocking sleeping rooms required; (B) secure and pay for childcare; (C) secure and pay for meals and refreshments; (D) secure and pay for audio visual and live streaming equipment and personnel support; (E) secure and pay for meeting rooms/space and logistical equipment and services; (F) secure and pay for virtual platform. The maximum number of in-person or hybrid events will not exceed 20 per year and the maximum number of simultaneous in-person or hybrid events will not exceed two (2) per weekend per month. The maximum number of virtual events will not exceed 15 per year. The Contractor personnel shall perform from their corporate facilities and at venue locations within the contiguous United States (CONUS) or within overseas (OCONUS) locations which include Guam, Saipan, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
