Description

This is a non-personal service contract to provide Directorate of Family, Morale, Welfare and Recreation (DFMWR) Grounds Maintenance Services. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein.� Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government. The contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that the DFMWR Fort Bragg, NC grounds maintenance areas are neat and uniform in appearance at all times in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions of the contract and consistently with the established standards in this PWS and contract.� The contractor shall comply with applicable federal, regional, state, and local laws and commercial standards.
