- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Lakehurst, NJ has a requirement to procure an Electro-Hydraulic Actuator (EHA) and the accompanying control system, on behalf of the Prototype, Manufacturing, and Test Division (PMTD), through a Firm Fixed Price contract, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The resultant contract will have a two� (2) month period of performance. The Government intends to procure the above items through a total small business set-aside. �(i)� THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for Commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� (ii)� This solicitation number is N68335-21-R-0294 (iii) The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95.� (iv) This solicitation is open to small businesses.� NAICS is 333995. Temperature range Min and Max � In an uncontrolled environment, the actuator shall operate within a temperature range of -25�C (-13�F) to 65�C (149�F). In their storage configuration, it shall withstand a temperature range of -40�C (-40�F) to 70�C (158�F). Is this a classified area?: No, the installation location is not a classified area. Required protection NEMA 4,4X�? - NEMA 4x which provides environmental as well as corrosion protection.�
