For specifics please refer to Attachment 2, Performance Work Statement (PWS). Quote must include FOB Destination. All vendors/contractors must be registered on SAM.gov. Please provide the specifications of each item for review and technical acceptance.�Please see the Combined Synopsis Solicitation and Attachments (1-5) before submitting a proposal. All questions are due to the primary POC no later than COB 06/25/2021.
