- Fleet Readiness Center Aviation Support Equipment (FRCASE) is a Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) whose mission is to provide agile, relevant, quality aviation Support Equipment (SE) maintenance, repair, and overhaul services to meet Naval Aviation Enterprise entitlements and the Navy�s Fleet Response Plan requirements with improved efficiency and reduced cost. FRCASE provides seamless integrated SE maintenance repair and overhaul services with a goal of reducing repair cycle time while improving the availability of Ready for Use (RFU) SE in the fleet and its supporting infrastructure.
