Description

This procurement was restricted to BAE Systems Land and Armaments, L.P. (CAGE 06085) for the Engine and Power Pack Sling (P/N 12639412*01), which is part of Special Tools and Test Equipment (STTE) in support of the Bradley Fighting Vehicle Systems (BFVS) A4 variant. The Justification and Approval (J&A) permitting Other than Full and Open Competition was approved on 11 February 2021. Delivery of the Engine and Power Pack Sling will�be�9 months after receipt of order. The total Engine and Power Pack Slings quantity is 43 each for this procurement. Inspection, Acceptance, and FOB will be Origin. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. Additionally, subcontracting opportunities may exist with the prime contractor subsequent to award.
