Description: The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO) on behalf of its Office of Technology Development (OTD) issued a sole source contract for the manufacture and supply of distinctive Currency Test paper for security feature technology development at the BEP. The BEP requirement to establish a contract for non-distinctive banknote paper to support the security feature technology development process. There is an ongoing effort to further the security feature technology with United States (US) exclusive effects and unique physical properties suitable to the needs of the BEP and the United States Currency Program (USCP).
