- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Announcement The Gulf Coast VA HealthCare System (GCVAHCS) is issuing an Open Market RFQ IAW FAR 13-106-1 for Performance of a 4-year Fire and Smoke Damper Inspection Repair and Documentation for its Joint Ambulatory Care Clinic - Pensacola, FL 32507. This procurement is conducted under NAICS 541620 Environmental Consulting Services. The Statement of work is in the RFQ attached.
