Description

Response to Questions: Will the awardee have a 30 45-day period to inspect all doors and provide the VA with a list of repairs that will need to be completed before the service company can put them under a PM contract? Yes. Lyons Bldg. 7 basement south Chapel single swing door (CAJO Manufacturer) Although the door operates presently. The noise coming from the motor and it opens very slow. This is a telltale sign it is ready to fail at any time. This manufacture is no longer in business and parts are no longer available. This unit would need to be replaced. Should we add the replacement into the base year price? Yes. 3) You listed the following. ""Forty-four (44) (Large) Roll-up Doors comprising of thirty-two (32) Powered and eleven (11) Non-Powered Operators and seven (7) Security Roll-up gates From different manufacturers list available from the service."" Is there 44 or 43 roll up doors? Correction: Forty-one (41) (Large) Roll-up Doors comprising of thirty-four (34) Powered and seven (7) Non-Powered Operators and ten (10) Security Roll-up gates (3) Powered sliding gates.
