Description

The Government intends to accomplish a one-time buy for a non-stock listed part PN144A5578G1 in support PNSSR 105762 for repair of Power Supply, NSN: 6130-01-345-4836.� The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source Dimensions Unlimited Group (CAGE: 56B94), in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.� The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to contract repair of parts from additional sources. This acquisition does include the development and delivery of technical data that may be utilized for future competitive procurements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. The intended source for this acquisition is: Dimensions Unlimited Group (CAGE: 56B94) 1645 Sycamore Ave. Ste A Bohemia NY 11716 Specifications, plans, or drawings related to this procurement are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.� OMBUDSMAN: All potential offeror(s) should contact identified as the primary and alternate POC in this post for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If the contracting officer does not satisfy your concerns, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serous contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern.
