Description

The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center, Jacksonville has been tasked to solicit and award a services contract for Passenger Transportation Services in support of the Defense Transportation System (DTS) to include, but not limited to, all US Government owned or operated aircraft; US sponsored foreign Government or civil aircraft, Coalition Forces aircraft, North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), commercial contract aircraft, and commercial tendered aircraft, at Naval Air Station (NAS) Jacksonville, Florida. All services will be performed in accordance with attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside. All responsible small businesses with the specialized experience and qualifications required by this solicitation may submit a quote to be considered by the agency. Additional information regarding submission can be found below under clauses 52.212-1, INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS and 52.212-2, EVALUATION�COMERCIAL ITEMS. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted via Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) (https://neco.navy.mil)
