- Flood Control, Amite River and Tributaries, LA Comite River Basin, Comite River Diversional Project, Comite River DIversion Channel Reach 2A. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The cut off date for Contractor questions is 16 July 2021 at 11:00 AM CST. The work consists of excavation of a segment of the Comite River Diversion channel, stockpiling�of excavated earthen materials, placement of bedding material and channel riprap, clearing and grubbing, utility relocation, construction of�access road, drainage, culverts, construction unw atering, and traff ic control and coordination. The estimated time of completion is 578�calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. �********************************************* The cut off date for Contractor questions has been extended to 18 July 2021 at 11:00 AM CST.� Plans have been added for this solicitation.
