- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1. Availability of Funds Funds are not presently available for this contract.� The Government�s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.� No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. 2. Description of Requirement:� Offerors shall provide and install GPS Repeaters for F-16 and F-35 aircraft as stipulated in the Scope of Work in (See Attachment 1).� This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation IAW FAR Part 12 and 13.� Submit written quotes in reference to Request for Quote (RFQ) reference number W50S8F-21-Q-0004 (See Attachment 2).� As such only quotes with items that meet the identified specifications will be accepted. The NAICS code for this requirement is 334220-Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing. This solicitation is a Total Small Business set-aside. 3. Evaluation of Quotes: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government based on the price that meets the requirements of the Scope of Work. To be considered for award, note that you or your company must be registered in SAM and if awarded the contract, must subsequently enroll in Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) for the purpose of invoice/payment. Please note that PIEE is the ONLY ACCEPTABLE means of invoicing for payment.� Offerors should provide their DUNS number, CAGE code, and confirmation of their registration in PIEE along with their quote.� Offerors shall have their System for Award Management (SAM) accounts updated as of October 2020 to reflect the inclusion of clause 52.204-26 � Covered Telecommunication Equipment or Services-Representation.� If your SAM account has not been updated you will need to submit clause 52.204-24 � Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment with your offer package. 4. NOTICE OF SITE VISIT A site visit will be conducted on 21 July 2021 (changed from 7 July) at 10:00am local time at the 177th Fighter Wing, 400 Langley Road, Alert Complex, Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234 for the purpose of giving interested Offerors the opportunity to view where the GPS Repeaters need to be installed and answering questions regarding this solicitation.� Interested offerors are highly encouraged�to attend. Due to security conditions all attendees must pre-register to attend this site visit.� Email the following information for all your firms attendees in advance No Later Than 15 July 2021 @ Noon local time in order to ensure access to the military base and site location,� Even if you have access to the base, you must register to attend the site visit.
