- Special Notice #3 / Second e-Industry Day The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Acquisition Program Management (APM) office will be hosting a Third e-Industry Day on August 2, 2021 for the Electronic Baggage Screening Program (EBSP) Explosive Detection Systems (EDS) Competitive Procurement 2 (CP2) Qualification Product List (QPL) for EDS Functional Categories Type I (FC1) and Type II (FC2). Please see Attachment 3, for further information.� Note: If you attended the recent e-Industry Days on 8/24/2020 and/or 01/19/21, you are still required to register for this new e-Industry Day event. Registration for e-Industry Day is due by�July 16, 2021�at 5:00 PM EDT via email to �EBSPIndustryDay@tsa.dhs.gov.
