THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICATION for commercial�services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only publication. Solicitation number M00264-21-Q-0181 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for all qualified small businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 314994. Marine Corps Installations � National Capital Region (MCI-NCR) has a requirement for commercial service support for repairs to the Chemical Biological Incident Response Force (CBIRF) rappel tower used for training and sustainment. Place of performance: Naval Support Facility Stump Neck, Indian Head MD. Refer to the attached solicitation documents for full requirement details and required documents for bid submission.
