Description

Document of� Intent to Sole Source The US Coast Guard Director of Logistics (DOL-94), Norfolk, VA intends to award a Sole Source contract to Costar Realty Information, Inc, to provide an Online Real Property Database Subscription Service,� to the US Coast Guard SILC Real Property Management Branch, in Norfolk, Virginia. ��The statutory authority permitting the acquisition of this requirement by Other Than Full and Open Competition is citations 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) or 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2).� Only one responsible source and no other supply/service will satisfy requirements. The determination has been made to limit competition to Costar Realty Information Inc, who is the proprietor of the database and subscription access. This is a sole source notice, published for informational purposes only, and not a request for competitive proposal.� Therefore, no solicitation document exists for this requirement.� However, all responsible parties interested in responding to this notice, are invited to submit a capability statement by 1:00 PM Eastern, 13 July 2021, that provides sufficient details in meeting the Proprietor�s specifications.� ��Email Contractor capability statements to Michael.W.Stephenson@uscg.mil for consideration by the Agency. ��All interested sources will be considered.� The determination not to compete the requirement, based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Oral communications are not accepted in response to this notice.� All questions or comments regarding this notice shall be addressed in writing to Mike Stephenson, Purchasing Agent, �Email �Michael.w.stephenson@uscg.mil End
