- Description
- The Naval Information Warfare Systems Center (NIWC Atlantic) Charleston, SC 22140 has a requirement for Software Maintenance. This action is to complete market research to determine whether there is adequate interest for this requirement. This notice is only for the purpose of identifying potential small business sources. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to Rohde & Swartz USA, Inc. for the requirements listed below: RNMS3000, SLA BASIC (FY21) Tailored for Tactical Mobile (TacMobile) RNMS3000 Software Maintenance. Basic Level - in accordance with RNMS SLA -TacMobile v 1.05; POP: 09/30/2021-09/30/2022. Rohde & Swartz USA, Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the software being procured and holds all proprietary rights. The authority for soliciting from a single source is FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The Government anticipates the award of a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order. The proposed contract action is for Software Maintenance for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with a single source under authority of FAR 13.106-1. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice. The Government will not pay for information received in response to this notice. Responses are due to Rozella Johnson, Contract Specialist, NIWC Atlantic by 3:00PM, Eastern Standard Time, 9 July 2021. The Government will not pay for any information received. The Government will accept proposals via email at: rozella.n.johnson.civ@us.navy.mil.
