- The Department of Defense, United States Air Force (USAF), Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), KC-46 Division (WLC), hereby releases the KC-46 Commodities Depot Activation Stand-up (CDAS)�MAC (Multiple Award Contract)�ID/IQ (Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity) pre-solicitation. The Statement of Work (SOW) and other associated documents are attached to this announcement. Please read them carefully and in their entirety. The documents below are DRAFT only to facilitate Industry discussion and�feedback. As such, these DRAFT documents�may be modified and/or amended at the Air Force�s discretion prior to final publication of the formal Request for Proposal. This pre-solicitation notice is intended to keep industry informed on everything CDAS-related and will be updated as necessary.� See attached DRAFT documents: DRAFT Statement of Work DRAFT Section L DRAFT Section M Submit any questions or comments on these DRAFT documents to the points of contact (POCs) listed in this pre-solicitation posting by the closing date.
