- Q&A Posted 6 July. Quote due date extended to 7 July, at 2:00pm Arizona Local Time. Answers will be published by 4:30pm Arizona Local Time on 6 July. COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION �COMBO�: Polaris i. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ii. Solicitation FA487721QA279 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). iii. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05, Defense Procurement Notice 20210520, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2019-1001. iv. This is a small business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336999 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. v. Davis Monthan Air Force Base intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following: CLIN 0001 - Ranger Crew XP1000 NorthStar (and accessories), QTY: 4 EA CLIN 0002 - PRO XD� 4000D AWD (and accessories), QTY: 4 EA vi. Delivery shall be FOB destination. vii. Attachments 1. Provisions and Clauses 2. Accessory List viii. The government will place an order with the offeror whose quote meets lowest price and technical acceptability. Technical acceptability is defined and referred to within this solicitation document as the offeror�s capability statement to meet the defined salient characteristics of the product or service. ix. Important Dates/Times (All Times are Arizona Local Time) a. Questions are due by 30 June, 2021, 2:00 pm. b. Answers will be provided by 1 July, 2021, 2:00 pm. c. All quotes shall be submitted by 6�July, 2021, 2:00 pm. x. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the posting for any changes or amendments that may occur concerning this RFQ.
